I’ll keep it brief in case you haven’t seen the new Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer. The game will launch fall 2017 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Told you I’d be brief:

Rockstar Games is bringing Red Dead Redemptionto the American countryside. It remains to be seen where exactly the game will take place. Some of the rugged mountains, like in the picture below, could indicate somewhere in the Rocky Mountain region. Other images like the one with the darkened valley indicate a similar location.

Not only that, but there are the plains we see a number of screenshots of, so perhaps the game could be taking place somewhere with a blend of both mountains and plains. Who knows where the game will take place? In the meantime, enjoy 12 new screenshots for Red Dead Redemption 2.
